Shipping policy

Once you have placed an order on our online store, you will receive an email confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. We endeavour to process orders the following working day. You will receive an email once your items have been dispatched, including tracking information if applicable.

Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail tracked service within the UK and Royal Mail International Shipping elsewhere. Parcels should arrive within 3-5 working days. If you miss a delivery, please follow the instructions left to re-arrange delivery or collection.

Please note, these delivery times are estimated and may take longer than expected, especially over Bank Holidays and during busy periods such as Christmas.
